For Attorneys:

Effective mediation saves everyone a great deal of time, money, and anguish. Family disputes involve all manner of complexities that may or may not relate directly to the legal issues bringing parties to mediation. Successful navigation through these complexities hinges on a mediator’s ability to recognize when a facilitative approach is needed to overcome an impasse, or if a more evaluative detour is needed to help the parties make informed agreements. As an experienced family law litigator and estate planning/probate attorney, Angela Lee has the experience necessary to skillfully guide parties through both legal and non-legal issues unique to families.

Drawn out legal proceedings can be overwhelming and very expensive. As a mediator, it is my job
and my calling to help families work through obstacles and get to an agreement. Both parties should walk away from mediation with a huge burden lifted as uncertainty is replaced with resolution that lets everyone sleep at night. I have over a decade of experience both as a mediator and litigator in family legal issues, and I understand the financial and emotional toll court proceedings can take on individuals and everyone around them. My mission is to help families determine their own future and avoid court mandates.
